- 1 ½ cups organic rolled oats
- 3 ½ cups almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop Innotech Nutrition Organic Fermented Vegan Protein
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 1 ripe banana
- Mix the oatmeal, chia seeds and vegan protein together.
- Add in the almond/coconut milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Pour into two mason jars
- Top each mason jar with 1 tablespoon cacao nibs and ½ a sliced banana
