Vegan Protein Over Night Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups organic rolled oats
  • 3 ½ cups almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Innotech Nutrition Organic Fermented Vegan Protein
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1 ripe banana

Directions

  1. Mix the oatmeal, chia seeds and vegan protein together.
  2. Add in the almond/coconut milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour into two mason jars
  4. Top each mason jar with 1 tablespoon cacao nibs and ½ a sliced banana
